1.食材:海鲈鱼(已洗净)。

4.将海鲈鱼放在案板上正反两面用刀划上几刀。

5.烧锅倒油烧热,下入海鲈鱼两面煎一下。

6.接着,搁入姜片,加入啤酒烧开。
